Our skin is still salty, our hearts still eased ...




I've packed the black grip with boots, alpaca socks and checked shirts - 

Deo volente, I'm travelling north tomorrow with Penelope - 

I'm considering wearing a tweed cap - 

Looking up, I can see the young apples on the tree - 

The warm wind stirrs the shapely leaves - 

Dancing shadows are cast upon the grass - 

We remember swimming this afternoon - 

Our skin is still salty, our hearts still eased -
