To the "Salt Pig", in Wareham - fish are laid upon the ice in the window, landed in Lulworth Cove a few hours ago - delicate fins spread out - whilst we sip our cappuccinos, I imagine the fish swimming in the icy sea - I can sense the kelp pulled by the tide - the movement of pebbles down the steeply shelving beach
