We swam amongst swallows and amazons -
We shed our clothes under the branches of an oak tree -
Yachts were moored between the green islands -
The high tide covering the reed beds and sand bars -
The brimming water was warm and still -
We swam under a blameless sky -
Entering the pages of a story -
