Strange weapons -

Lazarus men - 

Devouring furnaces -

A fragile haven above the clouds -

A mad enemy -

A cool black Amazon of the air -

A youthful scholar turned  warrior -

A beautiful scarred girl -

All at once, I felt all of the thrill I'd felt, thirteen years old -

Reading a foxed Sci Fi pulp -
